Day 18: I Declare That I Am Alive In Christ

Do you perpetually feel guilty or condemned over a situation or circumstances of the past? Do you believe that what you are going through now could be as a result of the consequences of your past actions? God does not punish us for our past mistakes, rather He sent his son to shed his blood for our sins that we may live guilt free. Feeling guilty or condemned is an attack from the accuser of the brethren, he’s always on the look out for who to attack. Do not allow yourself to fall into his prey. Make this declaration to stand your ground in Christ and to live a guilt free Christian lifestyle.

I declare that I am alive in Christ. My old self-has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I have a new covenant in Christ Jesus. I am a new creation, old things have passed away, everything has become new. Christ died as a ransom to set me free from the sins of the past, every handwriting of ordinances against me has been blotted out. I no longer live but Christ lives in me. Every accusation against me has been cancelled. There is therefore now no condemnation against me for I am no longer of this world, I am now in Christ Jesus, I am guilt free. This is my declaration.
