Lent Day 6: I Declare I Am Free In the Name of Jesus

Freedom in Christ is the true and the ultimate freedom. There is no way you can live in total freedom until you acknowledge Jesus Christ as the saviour and the one who can give you freedom. Jesus Christ died on the cross to give you freedom from the law of sin and death. You have been called into freedom, not into slavery and whoever Christ sets free is free indeed.

Make a declaration of faith

I declare I am free in the name of Jesus. I have been called into freedom and whoever the son sets free is free indeed. My old self was crucified with Christ that I may be free from the slavery of sin. Therefore, I am free from the law of sin and death. I am free from curses and the yoke of slavery. This is my declaration.
