January 2│I Declare All Things New

“Behold, I am making all things new”. Revelation 21:5

Behold I will do a new thing now, it shall spring forth, shall ye not know it. I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in desert.

Behold I will do a new thing now, it shall spring forth, shall ye not know it. I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in desert.

Today is a new day. This is a new start. Today is a new day to forget the past and look forward to what lies ahead (Philippians 3:13). Start afresh. Old things have passed away, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). This is a year of joy. This a year of accomplishment. This is a year of greatness. This is a year of success. This is a year of peace. This is a year of hope. This is a year filled with a brighter future.

The Bible says that “you will be justified by the words of your mouth” (Mathew 12:37). If you believe the word of God, declare it and so shall it be, for whatever you think, say and believe with God’s word will surely come to past. God says that none of his words will return to him void (Isaiah 55:11). Every word of God will accomplish whatever it sets out to do.

If you believe in God, then you must believe in his word. You must believe in what God’s word has said about you. If you believe that there is a new beginning for you, there is a change, a new start, new opportunities to start and live your best life, with the word of God, so shall it be for you. So why not try and use those words of God that says the best about you.

Make a Declaration of faith

This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it (Psalm 118:24). Old things have passed away, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). Today, the Lord has started a new thing in my life, he will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:19). For his word is trustworthy and true (Revelation 21:5), I believe today is my day of new beginnings, this is my new start; I will no longer remember the former things, neither will I consider the things of old (Isaiah 43:18).

Today I will commit to the renewal of my mind with the word of God, I will put off my old self which belongs to my former way of life and I will put on a new self which is created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness (Ephesians 4:22-24). This is my declaration.
