January 5│I Declare That I Am Made In The Image of God, I Will Reflect His Nature

God spoke: “Let us make human beings in our image, make them
reflecting our nature
Genesis 1:26 (MSG).

You are made in the image of God, to be like God, to reign like God reflecting his nature, to be responsible for every other living being on the earth, to speak goodness into existence, to bring creativity alive, to give life where death lies, to ring the truth where lies have become the second nature. You are made in the image of God to reflect his nature, to bring order into a chaotic world, to cast light upon a shadow and be the light in the darkness. You are created to make good and lovely things out of nothingness, to be creative and be imaginative, and you have been empowered to do all of these and more, by the same God who made you.

Made in the image of God. Genesis 1:26When Moses keyed into godly being and assumed his role, when he accepted his responsibilities and he allowed the power of God to flow through him; when he submitted to the authority and the leadership of God, he performed miracles, signs, and wonders. Exodus 7-11. Jesus, though 100% man and 100% God performed so many signs and wonders through the power of his father working in him and yet he said, anybody that believed in him will do greater works. John 14:12

Allow me to ask you these questions; Are you living up to God’s standards for your life? Are you living up to God’s expectations or have you made a man your God whose expectations you strive to accomplish on a daily basis? You, who is made by God, made in the image of God, to be like God, to live like God must make God’s assignment upon your life a standard that you must live by. As a Christian, you must carry out this assignment, keying into all that God has already provided you with and reflect his nature at all levels as he commanded.

Make a Declaration of Faith
I declare I am made in the image of God, after the likeness of God and to reflect his nature. I will own up to my responsibilities on earth. I will perform my duties and not shy away from my God-given assignments. I will key into every power and provisions made readily available for me and I will fulfill my destiny. This is my declaration.
