Thank God for the Gift of Christ!

Thank God for Christ who is the greatest gift of all time. If it were not for Christ, my mother and all her children would not be alive today. Her story is one of the many stories that make my heart be filled with thanksgiving to God. At some point in her life, my mother suffered from a heart condition that caused her to faint all the time. She was trained as a teacher but she simply could not function in that capacity. Due to her condition, she could not do anything with herself. She was written off by the doctors and one day she eventually gave up the ghost.

At the time she was pronounced dead on earth, my mother found herself came out of her body and she started running until she came to the cross. On the cross was a man nailed to the cross with blood and water dripping from his body. He looked at her with compassion as she cried out to him saying; the man on the cross, please save me. She had a deep conversation with Christ on that day and she gave her life to Christ. Christ poured out his blood and water on her and she was healed. She went back to her body and woke up on earth shouting the name Jesus!

If it were not for Christ, would you be a Christian today? If it were not for Christ would you have hope for your future? If it were not for Christ would you be able to experience the genuine love of God? If it were not for Christ, would you be able to know the heart of God the father? Christ is the perfect gift of love from the father to his children. He is the gift that always gives. He is the gift that never ends. He is always new whenever he’s unwrapped. This gift always gives joy, always gives comforts, always gives hope and never gets old. Christ alone is the greatest gift of all time.
