14 Days of Praying God’s Blessings Over Your Relationships

God wants you to pray over your relationships; family, work, social, church and community relationships. You may not have considered praying God’s blessings over your relationships before but you will be doing God’s will and yourself a great favour when you pray for every body in your contact list and everybody you are connected with in life (Ephesians 6:18).

As a child of God, everybody who is connected and interconnected to you has been carefully chosen and placed in your life for a reason. Nobody has strayed into your life uninvited. You have either consciously or unconsciously invited them into your world and God has allowed that connection for a reason known to him. Therefore, You need to pray to God to protect your relationships, pray that God grants each person connected to you his peace, fill their hearts with the love for God and love for others in their lives, pray for harmony and unity in their relationships.

Praying for others carries an immense reward from the Lord. It attracts the law of sowing and reaping. Whatever you sow into other people’s lives you will also reap (2 Corinthians 9:6, Proverbs 11:18). When Job prayed for his friends, God restored his fortunes (Job 42:10). When you pray God releases his peace into your mind through Christ Jesus (Phillippians 4:6-7).

You must pray that you and everybody connected to you will not fall into temptation, that God will keep them and protect them. Pray that God will provide for their needs and they will not fall into sin. Pray for the mercies of God in their lives and for the blessings of God to be released into their lives. Pray that the love of God will be shed abroad in their hearts and they will be deeply rooted in love through Christ.
