Your body is the temple of the living God and nothing can destroy God’s temple. You have been hard-wired with resistance to stress. It is woven into your body system. That is why you always bounce back from ill health. Most importantly though is for you to prevent stress from getting through to you. Elijah overcame stress when Jezebel threatened to kill him (1 Kings 19:4-14), David eventually got victory over king Saul who constantly chased after David to kill him (1 Samuel 18-23), Moses was relieved of the stress of leading an unrepentant nation through delegation of judgement (Exodus 18), Daniel was protected from the lions den (Daniel 6), Esther found favour before God and before the king for the salvation of the Jewish nation from untimely death(Esther 5-10) and many more men and women of the Bible who overcame stress. You too can overcome stress.
God has empowered you to resist and overcome any situation or circumstances that he has not planned for your life. You are a child of God with an inner strength fuelled by the spirit of the highest God. If it were not so, you would have buckled under the attack of stress by now but you have bounced back from stress everyday effortlessly and sometimes unknowingly.
For as long as you draw strength from God, you stay close to Him, you draw breath from Him, you will keep bouncing back. No suffering can overcome you. No hindrances or any obstacles can keep you down for as long as you keep standing in the Lord faithfully and prayerfully.
When you experience a level of stress that you are unable to deal with by yourself, call out to your creator for a boost in your resistance level. When your resistance immunity seems weakened by life’s trials and tribulations, I dare you to reach out to God through his word for a strengthening. Keep building your resistance muscles in the word. Reach out for the word of God, declare it out loud over yourself and speak the word into your world and get the help you need in the times of stress.

Today I resist every attack of stress on my body system and I declare strength in every weakened immune system. I am a child of the living God and today is a stress-free day(James 4:7).As a child of the living God,
