Staying in faith can be quite a struggle for new Christians if care is not taken. Begum Bilquis Sheikh was a new convert from Islam to Christianity and in her book, I dared to call him father, she narrated her story of family exclusions, community condemnations, death threats and several attempts to dissuade her from her newfound faith in Christ. Her journey to becoming a fully fledged Christian was not at all that smooth. Yet she persisted in her faith and she followed Christ with all her heart, her mind and with all her might. Had she not been convinced of her call to Christ, she would have crumbled under pressure and she would have lost her faith entirely. Before I delve into Mondays as a God day, have you ever come across someone who really struggle through a Monday morning? They are grumpy, sad and all they want is to be left alone.
They are probably behaving this way because of the mindset that Monday is a gloomy day but the Bible says that every day belongs to the Lord.
#Monday #Declaration: Say it out loud. Today is a God day. Everything will work together for my good. Nothing shall keep me down. I will rejoice and be glad in it.
God created everyday as good. Days and nights, Mondays through to Sabbath days are God days created for your good. The Bible says God makes everything to work together for our good. Everything God created, including each day of the week are meant to work together for our good. So see each day as a God day.
Make a declaration of faith
Today is a God day. Everything will work together for my good. This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. This is my declaration.
When God created the heavens and the earth, his first day at work was a day of creating light and separating light from darkness. The Bible says that at the end of that day, God saw the day as a good day.
Your Mondays are not meant to be gloomy days. They are not meant to be days to despise. It is not a moon day as its name suggests. Monday is a God day and a good day created by the Lord. Your first day at work is a day for creativity, enlightenment, knowledge and a day to take charge for the rest of the week. Just as every element of the earth – the wind, the waters and the light obeyed God to accomplish his purpose at creation, God will cause everything in your world and at your wprk place to work together for your good.
Make a choice, make a decision, make everyday a #God day, rejoice and be glad in it.

#Jesus said when you ask, believe and you will receive. Say it out loud and believe it – ” I believe my #prayers shall be answered. Though it tarries, it will surely come to pass”.
You may have prayed yet still expectant. The bible says that the expectation of the righteous shall not be caught off. I am expecting a miracle for you and I believe that your expectations will not be caught off.
When God says something, it does not return to him void. God’s word does not return to him until it accomplishes its purpose. Jesus says ask and you shall receive. If you have asked, believe and you will receive. If you are yet to ask, its never too late to ask God for your heart desires. His ears are not deaf not to hear you, he is expecting you to approach the throne of grace. So approach God with faith in your heart, ask and believe that he has heard you.
If you are like me waiting on God for an answer to prayers, be encouraged and have faith.
