Stress is not a part of Gods plan for His children. Unfortunately, 74% adults confesses to feeling stressed, overwhelmed and unable to cope during the festive season. That is the few weeks running up to the end of the year and your story can be different. His plan for you is to be in good health as your soul prospers. As a car is manufactured with a shock absorber so is your body created with a resistance to stress. Since you are God’s child, you have the right to good health. You can claim the DNA of the living and live stress free for life.

Your body is the temple of the living God and nothing can destroy God’s temple. You have been hard-wired with resistance to stress. It is woven into your body system. That is why you always bounce back from ill health. Most importantly though is for you to prevent stress from getting through to you. When you surrendered yourself to God, you surrendered your body too hopefully. 7 Days of Biblical Declarations to Help You Give Up the Criticism Spirit

Criticism! You are probably wondering, What has it got to do with me?

As Christians, it has everything to do with our character. We do it more often sometimes than unbelievers but we are not called to criticise one another, we are called to correct in love. It may be easy to get caught up in the act of criticism but Jesus said: “Judge not, that you be not judged” (Matthew 7:1). When we criticise others for what they have done wrong, we get criticised in turn. This should not be our world. Christians are not called to criticise fellow Christians neither are we called to judge the world. We are called to correct in love.

When you criticise others harshly, it may send them to tears, it may make them feel sad and they may feel little about themselves. This does not promote the image of Christ and it does not show the love of God. But when we correct in love, then we would be doing our heavenly father’s will. We would have spread His love to the human’s heart and we would have helped the other person to draw a little bit closer to God. Overcome Depression with God

I have had a few episodes of depression in my life and each time I have prevailed with God on my side. stronger mentally and spiritually with God on my side. One thing is certain when you fight depression with God, you come out from under that dark and heavy cloud of depression and you will find the peace from God that surpasses all understanding. You will have a new drive for life, a new drive for your faith and even a drive to help others. It is World mental health day and I am using this platform to encourage anybody out there who is suffering from depression.
