God loves His children so much so that he has made several promises to us all, and he will fulfil each one of these promises to us if we can learn to seek for them and ask Him for them. We have a part to play in the fulfilment of God’s promises to us; we need to find those promises, bring them before our heavenly Father in the place of prayer and we will receive whatever we ask Him. It is God’s delight to fulfil His word to His children. So let us get started, let us find those hidden treasures and let us lay our claims on each one of them. Has he said it and will he not bring it to pass?

2019 – The Year of Answered Prayers

This has been a year of answered prayers!

First, my brother called my mum one day and apologized. It was a prayer answered! It was a major breakthrough in my family! We had prayed for his return to the family for many years, and one day, my long-lost brother came back to us. He sought for peace to reign, and by God’s grace, we were reconciled. Today, my family is reunited. Thanks be to God for an answered prayer!

I also received the most wonderful news of all time. As I read through the letter that confirmed an amendment to my identity, I felt a desire come true. As you all know, identity is everything, and once it’s compromised, you lose your real self. Today, I can boldly thank God for the restoration of my identity at home and abroad. Prayer of Commitment to Jesus

Lord Jesus, help me to grow in the awareness that you are really my sustenance and nobody else.
Help me to continuously increase in the recognition that only you can make me become somebody in life.
Help me to rest in your strength as I realize that I am weak in my flesh.

I pray that I may be solely and wholly committed to my walk with you all the days of my life.
I pray that I may be wholly contented with my life with you for the rest of my life.
I pray that I may not turn away from the path of righteousness for your namesake.
I pray that the devil will not have a chance to sift me from the kingdom of our heavenly father.

I pray that my reliance on you may grow deeper today and that my assurance in you may grow wider.
I pray that my faith in you may grow stronger and my zeal for you may grow bigger.
I pray that I may continue to rely on your wisdom, and I will no longer lean on my own understanding.
I pray that I may yield to your instructions at all times and make you first in all that I do.

Lord, Let Your Word Prevail In Me

Lord, let your word prevail in me.

When my flesh burns with desires for things of this world, and my stomach churns with a hunger for food to feed my flesh.
When my throat is dry and it thirst for the temporary waters of this world and my eyes lust for the world’s beauty with the power that it gives.
When my will is weak to fight off peer pressures and my strength is failing to flee from this world’s pleasure. Lord, I pray that your word will prevail in me.

Do not let my past dictate my future.
Do not let my present life unfold with ungodly features.
Make my future align with your plans and purpose for me.

I believe in Jesus is my salvation.
I believe he can set me free from bondage and addictions.
There is no condemnation from Jesus but love.
He breaks the power of sin over me and by his grace, I will sin no more.
I believe in Jesus!

I no longer trust in my own strength

Neither do I rely on my own understanding

My good deeds cannot save me.
Neither can any other god save me but Jesus Christ.
My friends and family cannot save me

My government cannot save me nor can my wealth save me.
My talent, gifts or abilities cannot save me, but only you, Jesus, can save me.

I believe in Jesus, and he will save me.

I Believe My Prayers Shall Be Answered.

#Jesus said when you ask, believe, and you will receive. Say it out loud and believe it – ” I believe my #prayers shall be answered. Though it tarries, it will surely come to pass”.

You may have prayed yet still expectant. The bible says that the expectation of the righteous shall not be caught off. I am expecting a miracle for you and I believe that your expectations will not be caught off.

When God says something, it does not return to him void. God’s word does not return to him until it accomplishes its purpose. Jesus says ask, and you shall receive. If you have asked, believe, and you will receive. If you are yet to ask, it’s never too late to ask God for your heart’s desires. His ears are not deaf, not to hear you. He is expecting you to approach the throne of grace. So approach God with faith in your heart, ask and believe that he has heard you.

If you are like me, waiting on God for an answer to prayers, be encouraged and have faith.

I believe my prayerd shall be answered. Though it tarries, it will surely come to pass. My expectations shall not be caught off. I have asked and I will receive. This is my declaration.
