God's Promise of Healing: Speak Healing Over Yourself
Speak healing over yourself today and step into God’s divine promise of health and restoration. No parent ever desires for their child to fall ill. A loving parent’s heart is filled with care, protection, and the hope for their child’s well-being. In the same way, our Heavenly Father’s plan for us does not include sickness or suffering. Instead, He assures us of His good intentions:
“For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—”plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
God, our Creator, desires to see us thrive, not to be broken or distressed. Just as an artist takes pride in their masterpiece, so God delights in seeing His creation—us—live in health and wholeness. One of His greatest gifts to humanity is the gift of good health and a sound mind.
Sickness is Not from God
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing discomfort in your body, know this: it is not from God. As part of Christ’s body, you are cherished and nourished by Him. The Bible states:
“For no one ever hates his own flesh but provides and cares for it, just as Christ does for the church.” (Ephesians 5:29)
God does not afflict His own body, and He has given us numerous promises of healing throughout His Word. Unlike humans, God never lies (Numbers 23:19). His promises stand firm, and He is ever faithful. This is why we must declare life and healing over ourselves daily.
Sickness and disease do not align with God’s plan for your life. In fact, His desire is for your well-being and peace. So, instead of giving in to illness, rise in faith and speak healing over yourself. The more you declare healing scriptures and affirmations, the stronger your faith becomes until full restoration manifests in your body.
Remember, you are a child of the living God, carrying the image of the Almighty. So, no sickness, disease, virus, or affliction can overcome the power of God working in you. Nevertheless, if this truth does not set you free immediately, let scriptural declarations take root in your heart. As faith grows, healing follows.
Besides, your body is the temple of God, and nothing can claim ownership over what belongs to Him. Unless we defile the temple through sin, God will not permit sickness to have dominion over us. But even when we fall short, He is a forgiving Father. He will forgive you when you genuinely repent and ask for His forgiveness.
Steps to Walk in Healing and Speak Healing Over Yourself
Repent and Ask for Forgiveness – If sin has given the enemy access, confess and receive God’s mercy.
Believe in God’s Healing Power – “With God, all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)
Declare Life and Healing Daily – Speak healing scriptures over yourself consistently.
Stay in Prayer and Faith – Do not waver but stand firm on God’s promises until your healing is complete.
Declare Life and Healing: I Shall Not Die But Live!
“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.” (Psalm 118:17)

Overcoming the Enemy's Lies
The enemy wants to steal our joy and health, but Jesus came so we may have abundant life (John 10:10). Do not accept these lies:
“You’re going to die, so you should give up.”
“You should be afraid.”
“You are isolated and alone.”
“It’s a hopeless situation.”
“There’s nothing you can do.”
Instead, speak healing over yourself and replace these lies with God’s truth!
Healing Scriptures to Stand On
Speak these words with faith, knowing that God’s healing power is at work in you:
1. By the stripes of Jesus, I am healed. (1 Peter 2:24)
2. No weapon formed against my health shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17)
3. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead gives life to my body. (Romans 8:11)
4. I reject every sickness and disease; I walk in divine health. (3 John 1:2)
5. The Lord is my healer; He removes all sickness from me. (Exodus 15:26)
6. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit; sickness has no place in me. (1 Corinthians 6:19)
7. God forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. (Psalm 103:3)
8. I will not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. (Psalm 118:17)
9. The Lord restores my health and heals my wounds. (Jeremiah 30:17)
10. I walk in the abundant life Jesus has given me. (John 10:10)
Keep declaring and believing… Your healing is on the way!

Speak these words with faith, knowing that God’s healing power is at work in you
- Thank You, Father, for the breath of life.
- I inhale the breath of God, and every sickness and disease flees from my body.
- My body is the temple of God; therefore, no illness has the right to dwell in me.
- I will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord.
- The Spirit of God makes me whole, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.
- Christ died for me; therefore, death and disease have no power over me.
- I overcome sickness and walk in divine health through Christ Jesus.
