Hello friends!

I had an experience a while back that got me thinking about the word for the year 2020. It was during the peak period at a train station when you might expect everything to be chaotic. There’s always a child crying, at least one person is trying to dash for the train, and the train station is overcrowded with distressed commuters—you can just imagine the worst, but in the midst of that chaos was perfect harmony.
