Sometimes, confession feels difficult because shame, fear or pride tries to keep the heart closed. However, confession is spiritual, but it also helps us slow down and notice what has been happening in the heart. You name what is happening inside, bring it before God’s truth and take one simple step towards surrender. This is where Scripture, emotional wellbeing and honest reflection meet.

This lie wants you to hide, delay repentance and believe God will not hear you. But that is the voice of the accuser, not the voice of mercy. This week, try this simple rhythm:
